Our Services: Aimar’s Glow & Go provides esthetic services such as facials, waxing, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, skin-brightening services, teeth whitening, and other cosmetic services. All services are performed according to the professional’s training, licensing, and applicable Utah laws and regulations. We will not perform a service that we believe is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our scope of practice.

Client Health & Safety: Your safety is our priority. Before certain services, you may be asked to complete an intake, consultation, or consent form. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, recent treatments, and other information that may affect your service. Please let us know about any changes before your appointment. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary for your safety.

Consent & Intake Forms: Information provided through our intake and consent forms helps us understand your needs, identify potential concerns, and provide safe, personalized services. By completing these forms, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and understand the service you are receiving.

Service Results: Everyone’s skin and body are different, so results may vary from person to person. Factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medications, home care, and previous treatments may affect your results. While we will always provide professional care and recommendations, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Aftercare: You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided following your service. Failure to follow recommended aftercare may affect your results or increase the risk of irritation or other reactions. Information submitted through our website, Service Inquiries, booking system, intake forms, consent forms, and other communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Client information is only accessible to authorized Aimar’s Glow & Go team members who need it to provide or manage services. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos & Marketing: We may take photographs for treatment documentation when appropriate. Your photos will not be used for social media, advertising, or other marketing purposes without your permission. Any marketing permission you provide may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us.

Booking & Business Policies: Our Cancellation, No-Show, Late Arrival, and Refund Policies are separate from these Terms & Conditions and apply to all applicable appointments and purchases. By booking with Aimar’s Glow & Go, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to these policies.
